Mr. Weiss began practicing law in 1983, and in 1994, received his Certified Family Law Specialist designation from the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. In addition to over forty years of family law litigation experience within the courtroom, he regularly utilizes alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation, to help clients avoid unnecessary litigation.
